I've got Heir to the empire, Dark Force Rising, and The Last Command on audiobooks, they are awesome stories

I really giggle at the idea that Mara had a purple blade (depicted on the Heir to the Empire books) WAY before Samuel L Motherfucking Jackson came up with the idea ^^

MacE WindU (wtf is mac windoo?!), even though a character with the name Mace Windy was in the original drafts for the first movie, was created barely in 1999, with his purple lightsaber being shown for the first time in 2002.
Mara Jade was created in 1991.

After the Avengers, I have high hopes for the sequel trilogy.

Everyone keeps expecting Disney is going to do something stupid like make Zach Efron star as Jacen or some shit. Believe it or not, Disney knows what they're doing, just like they knew what to do with the Avengers and previous Marvel movies. They want to make as much money as they did with the Avengers, and they won't screw it up by betraying the nerds that they know will buy up the plethora of collectibles they'll no doubt release alongside the movie. They'll probably reach a compromise where it's approachable by all audiences, just like they did with the Marvel movies, and therefore achieve the most profit without stepping on anyone's toes.

Or that (I don't remember been a while) Leah didnt know Anakin was Darth Vader but knew he was her father. Saddam is not blood related to george bush in any way or form. I have no idea. I was just bouncing ideas off ya. I never really reached as far as the extended starwars (never read the books) so I cant say. There maybe a reason to it tho in the novels.

Harrison Ford has already been confirmed in at least Episode VII so that means that Han Solo will be in it, there are still trying to get Mark Hamil (Luke Skywalker) and Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia Organa Skywalker) to reprise their roles in episode VII. Hopefully they get them on board.
