Looking at the size of the charger, it's delivering at most 2 Amps. Devising it by 10 would give you 0.2A per device (right?). That is less than half of what USB2 delivers, so it would take a shitload of time to load all of these, not to mention the heat that would be produced by the charger.
The charger looks like a 1A charger (0.1A/device). I guess the average battery has 800-900mAH (not much) which results (calculating Pi*thumbs*experience) to almost 4hours to charge all the devices. This also implies that all the devices are shut off and don't consume energy while charging.
In the end; this is fucking stupid.
