nono, every single argentinian want the "falklands", they are historically and geographycally argentinian and we are ridiculously nationalist about that. Basically any president who retrieves the islands can stay in power for a very long time because of all the support he/she would rally.
btw LAS MALVINAS SON ARGENTINAS.

Would you deny the right for those living on the Falklands to chose who they want to rule over them? If not you are nothing more than a brainwashed fool who holds no value over human rights. You speak as though the Falklands were ever yours to have, we were exploring the Falklands before Argentina was even accepted as a sovereign state separate from Spain. Upon looking at the history Spain, France and the UK have much better arguments of ownership than Argentina could ever fabricate in a million years. It saddens me how your people could be so blinded by propaganda as to deny bare historical facts.
a) That's my point exactly, we "all" blindly believe they are rightully ours
b) Geographycally they are argentinian; historically they were part of the Rio de La Plata viceroyalty (which included uruguay, chile, argentina and some of peru, paraguay and equador), when we gained independance from spain, which owned the islands, we got ownership of them aswell.
c) In 1853, when he brittish took the islands they expelled every single argentinian from them and banned all of our culture, which included history and the language, so the population now residing there is choosing based on a brittish culture, had they had argentinian cultural upbringing they would never choose to become english.
d) speaking of human rights, the english treat the falklands as a colony, yes It's the year 2013 and the british still have colonies. THAT is inhumane.
e) It's more nationalism than rationalism, we are that way, thats why we are not a powerfull nation, we think with our dicks, not our head.
