What every single person who describe the odds for everything happening as it has and saying it is a 'miracle' forget to say, is that the odds for all other scenarios are equal to the one we have.

There's something slightly off. When it goes back to single celled organisms, it wouldn't be a sperm and an egg coming together. Not to mention the odds of specific single celled organisms engulfed other ones. For example, the mitochondria used to be its own organism. That's why there's still DNA in them, but it's only inherited through the mother. I have no idea how much this skews them numbers.
