had a friend from Australia come and live with me for a few months. he kinda thought he was a bit of a tough guy, and generally picked fights with a few people. but one time we were in line to go to a haunted house that was hosted by the local police department, and this other guy started talking **** to my friend, yelling from across the street. I can't remember what my friend said, but the guy ran over from across the street at my friend. the guy went to swing, but someone grabbed his arm and pulled him back, so the guy went to swing at that person. guess who it was? a cop. the cop dodged and tazed that ****** right in the neck. he immediately fell down and started having muscle spasms. the cop then cuffed him to the fence, and tazed him in the neck again when he tried to kick them. then a cruiser pulled up and they took him away. all within about 10 minutes. my friend just looked at me with a terrified look on his face and whispered "American police are ******* pyscho!"

The cops probably know the kids parents, and saw him in the car, so they, "pulled him over" as a joke.

My dad knows a cop or two, one time, one named chuck pulled up next to me without me noticing, and blared his siren. Scared the **** out of me..

The picture and caption have a connotation almost opposite of that desired;
The cops are smiling and are obviously joking, making them seem friendly.

If this is a serious anti-American post, this is probably the most mis-construed image I have ever seen. The kid wouldn't eat his veggies or something, so his mother called the cops to have him "arrested" or at least I believe that's what happened. So if anything, these cops are awesome.

Plus that kid isn't even black.

i dont think thats america.

if it was america, the kid would be coloured and the cops would be beating the ******* **** out of him while getting a pay raise
