Portal 3 is probably a really bad idea. I mean Portal 2 wrapped up the story very nicely, so there would be little in the means of that. Even the multiplayer helped wrap up the story better than any sequel could. I highly doubt that a prequel would be any good either, despite being the most obvious choice story wise to expand on. As for just shooting portals, custom maps and mods are fine for that.

Don't forget Team fortress 3!

That would be impossible, It would actually be packaged with the amazing titles: Portal 2: Episode 2, Left 4 dead 2: Episode 2 and Half life 2: Episode 2 part 2
