Prototype is one of the best games I've played.

I must admit. I liked Heller more.

I'm sorry but Mercer just tops Heller on every level.

Prototype 1: lets start off with some big carnage where the protag is godpowered to get the player hooked, then we start the game, and get a sense of growing power through increasingly difficult missions.
Prototype 2: now we have a tutorial! Push the left stick in the direction you want to move!
i mean, who gets the second game first? who will pick up prototype without having played a recent console game?
also, why did they switch protag from someone who dresses to not having to interact with people, to Bro McDudeman?

also also, why would they remove the "web of intrigue", the best storytelling in the entire first game? it was completly optional, added a lot of background for everything that was happening, and gave you silly moments where you'd jump out from a hellicopter during a mission, just to pick up 1 random person and consume them, and then regrett it, because you dropped a chopper on a bunch of marines, who sent their supersoldier budds on you.

Mercer is such a badass. Also. We need more Prototype content.
