Get off your high horse, Macs are shit but iTunes is a fairly well made music program that is very widely used

macs aren't even that bad. For all intents and purposes they are great computers, if for nothing but work/school purposes. If I didn't need a laptop I would have built a gaming computer, however a mac is one of the fastest portable computers (with enough power to still run video games) other than an alienware etc...

That's simply not true though. The gaming capabilities on a mac laptop is....questionable at best. Also, for the money you'd spend on a new macbook you could buy a Alienware M17x fpr the exact same price but 10x the efficiency. And that's not including the fact that apple doesn't support third party software, charges for pretty much everything, and you can't replace anything on it.

I have a mac, and it runs both world of warcraft on ultra and tf2 on high, granted it wont run crysis on ultra, but for what I need it for it is a good machine. I don't want an alien ware simply because if I wanted to game very hardcore on it, I'd have to buy more RAM, a high end graphics card, and other things I don't want to have to get. A mac is first for school work, etc... then gaming. So again, for what it is intended for, it works. Granted it has been given a bad name by douchy hipsters who can't even use the terminal, it is a nice machine.
