if i wanted fried fish i would go to an actual fish fry, not a fast food place.

i just do them myself, honestly, it's not that hard.
go to a fish monger, get some fish fillets, go home and remove the bones and scales (if exists), season with some lemon, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper, leave for a while to absorb the flavors.
add a little bit of flour directly on them, and mix well till the marinade is sticking to the fish.
crust them with plain bread crumbs, fry in wide pan.
voila.
