She doesn't have that power. She hands over her power to the Prime Minister. Trust me anon, I'm as Britfag as they come.

She can however remove a Prime Minister, but much like impeachment with American presidents, it is a rarity that has only happened once or twice in British history. There's no real need to remove them usually unless they are REALLY fucking up.
