mostly because of a glitch where if u brawl someone while wearing it they get hurt and guards come to fuck you up

then take it off before you brawl them? not that hard to do...

Because you can't do OP sneak attack damage.
100 sneak with 15x sneak damage on a fully improved dragonbone dagger is a 1 shot kill on just about anything that isn't a dragon.

I didn't remember the "x15 damage" of stealth attacks. My character was a mage (fully upgraded Illusion, Conjuration and Alteration), and for me "Sneak" (that means invisibility + muffle) was only a way to get from point A to point B without being attacked.

Yeah.. 100 sneak is getting from point A to point B without getting attacked... and slitting EVERYONE's throats along the way.
