for dental floss, while there's obviously still a bit of food left in half of the model's mouths.

Having either drawn our conclusions, or 'getting the joke', we move on to the next picture before paying further attention to the current one, and( probably) noticing the physical defects.


The cashier at my local supermarket only has four fingers, and she smiles all the time.
I noticed, because there was nothing urging me to pay attention to her teeth.
