No one. It's not a real thing. It's just a name we put to shit that happens, for example if you have 2 cows and someone gives you another you then have 3 cows. It just happens. No invention.

It wasn't any one individual person, man just gradually evolved a form of sort of basic primitive mathematics to overcome individual everyday problems. From there it grew and was improved upon till what it is now.

No, it's correct.
Math is the set of many things, algebra, geometry, division, so on and so forth
While in certain cases like Algebra you can say one person in particular (it was an Arabic scholar, though I can't remember the name), you can't credit the whole thing to one person.
So if your question is "who invented mathematics", "who" being the subject in an individual form, there is no proper answer than the explanation I gave you.

but only discovered.

had we never found the value of Pi to be 3.1415926...
that wouldn't make it false, it always exists.

in short, mathematics is one of the only constant things that exists within our universe.

sure people discovered usage of algebra, geometry, division, but they in no way invented it, and it is quite arrogant of us a a species to say that someone did invent it.
