people really should drink more milk. Whole milk. Calcium is super good for you.

Milk is actually a very bad source of calcium due to the fact that humans are only able to consume about 33% of the total calcium amount.

Milk also contains animal protein, which are the main reason for high acidic blood levels. The body cant have acidic blood for too long, so it tries to neutralize the acid with phosphor.

The only phosphor our bodies contain, are stored in our bones together with calcium, so the only way to neutralize the acid in the blood is to take phosphor and calcium from the bones. After the blood has been neutralized, the remaining phosphor and calcium are extracted from our bodies when we urinate.

This is the reason why the countries with the absolute highest dairy consumption, are also the countries with the absolute highest amount of Osteoporosis.

Milk is amazing. It goes well with every single dessert. Graham crackers, cookies, cake, pancakes, I even put bacon in it and it tasted more delicious
