Gravity is a theory, so is evolution.
From an online dictionary, theory is a coherent group of tested general propositions, commonly regarded as correct, that can be used as principles of explanation and prediction for a class of phenomena: Einstein's theory of relativity. Synonyms: principle, law, doctrine.
Evolution has been tested and corrected many times, and it fits with the real fact, so do gravity. (and if you don't know, Newton's Law of gravity is wrong, but it is still a law)
You clearly has a lack of knowledge.
