I remember going to GameStop with a destroyed ps2 that looked nice, and maby around 14 games.

I used to work at a Gamestop. They would never do that. Its against their policy and if someone did that they would be immediately fired. I call bullshit as well.
We had a guy try to sell the shell of an xbox360 stuffed with paper and other shit. He was immediately kicked out of the store when we tried tot turn it on.
