well there is something much more worse than that for you.
Toxoplasma gondii is a parasite( which also affects humans) that is found in cat poop, which controls your behavior in order to bring you back in contact with cats.
so basically is brain washes you. it can lead to all kind of problems like slower reaction time, and can even kill babies.
