(Ever heard of the slogan "King Cotton"?) Think about solar power? A Russian company created a solar panel that could absorb 60% of the suns rays and convert it to energy, but guess what? That would put oil companies out of business, and government and large companies dont want that to happen, so Shell bought it out immediately. So america banning pot because it makes white women to be with black men wont look good for them. So they use the hemp story. Just like being against drugs is great for making money in politics.

The clock keeps going even when the ball is dead after most plays. Average play can typically go for around 8 seconds, clock runs for 35 while replays happen.
