Here's a story about my dad.
He worked for this company doing media distrubution (music, films tv...) in charge of sales, makes huge changes to the company, makes loads of money etc. etc.
5 years later he got fired for screwing his secretary ater being with the company 14 years. 36 years old, two kids, him and secretary girlfriend have no job, life sucks.
He can't look after me and my sis' so we get sent to live with my mum in france.
During this time he started his own company, knows all the right people, work starts flooding in.
8 years later on 100k a year plus profits.
Hears about a company looking to buy his business. that's cool.jpg It's the guys who fired him...
Offer him a lot of money, shedloads to be honest. Fuck yeah!! They want him to stay on as director. ok. 6 months later they start talking about problems in the business. They still use my dads old system from 15 years ago... He gets promoted. He is now the general director of sales in UK, France, Amsterdam and Hong Kong (wtf?)
Saw him this weekend. He just fired his old manager...

He got his manager fired then quit.
If he was going to quit why report the manager?
If his plan was to do have some sort of revenge on the manager it's just karma I guess, so he deserved it.
