If you don't mind investing the time you can make one from fiberglass, wood and metal mesh very cheaply. (Metal mesh is optional, adds structure and makes the fiberglass easier to place) You'd have to make a load bearing rig to go with the chest piece though, it's really heavy.

Correlation does not always imply causation.

It can basically mean 3 things. 1) Educational success causes high intelligence 2) vice versa 3) they are both influenced by common factor.
Correlation implies that those to things go often go together
in this case one explanation could be that IQ tests are similar to school tests or that education prepares you for testing situation...This are just examples I thought off, I dont claim them to be truth
