That's what storybooks have been teaching children for years, that evil will always identify itself as being evil, but that's not how it works. It works by convincing people that what it does is good, and Hitler was great at that.

He isn't taught to children as a bad man everywhere however, many eastern countries treat him as either someone trying to do something good, or someone who achieved something inconvenient for how the rest of the world worked.
