EA Sports. EA/Origin has hands down, the worst customer service ever. Anyone else have any experiences? Their employees are useless... Origin is sure a good competitor to the likes of Steam EA Sports Video Games annoying

I dont have a problem with EA games as such, but the fact that they charge you more for DLC than the actual game is a disgrace.

I downloaded a game from them a while ago. Had to use ****** Origin. It keeps asking me for my email to verify that I bought the game. Every time, they ask every damn time. So I go to customer support, and they tell me to do stuff that any idiot would think to do, then say they'll escalate my problem. "We'll get back to you within a week." Two months later "Someone else with your problem has posted a solution on our self help site. We are deleting your ticket." No link to the forum post, no advice in the email, just a hearty "Go **** yourself."

******* EA... If it wasn't for Bioware and Maxis, I'd never touch their **** .

EA customer service script:
1.) Take call.
2.) Hear complaint.
3.) Suggest they buy a new copy of the game in question.
4.) End call.

Memorize this like the corporate tool that you've always wanted to be, and you too can work at EA customer service!
