I believe the Pokémon shown has the same number as the fact in the National Pokédex.

The highest possible amount of experience points that can be gained in a Single Battle is 457,970. This can be done by defeating a level 100 Blissey in a Trainer battle, using an internationally traded Pokémon at level 1 that is holding a Lucky Egg, with Exp. Point Power ↑↑↑, S or MAX active. This means that given these conditions, a Pokémon could technically advance from level 1 all the way to level 87 in a Single Battle, provided that it was in the Erratic experience group.

Why would Blaziken be in there then?

he has an ability that makes him faster every turn. Combined with already being extremely fast, he can basically hit first every time no matter what late in a game, and he has a wide selection of moves to be super effective against most others.

TL;DR, he hits you with super effectives before you can do shit

Trick room and shit.

Everything can be countered, but the likeliness of such a thing happen is very low because trick room isnt all that common. Plus thats 1 counter.

Pokemon tournaments have different tiers. Uber being at the top, where the most powerful pokemon are (Mew Two, and most other legendaries, and other extremely over powered pokemon like Garchomp)

Over-Used (fairly powerful, but outranked by most legendaries) is the next tier down.
Then borderline (usually pokemon that are very average, but can still hold their own).
Then Under-Used (pokemon that can do okay, but are usually nothing compared to Uber)
Then Never-Used (pokemon that just aren't up to snuff)

So a Tourney that was called an "NU Tourney", would only allow NU pokemon and weaker, for instance.

There are also other tiers, like Unevolved, or 1st evo.
