Sure Call of Duty isnt the most visually perfected game out there but the game itself is pretty fun and decent. Black Ops 2 has an awesome Zombies mode (except Turned, fuck that shit), Good campaign (while it's " fuck yeah america" can be debated, its still pretty nice) and as of the multiplayer, it lack polishing, but it still is superior to many games. If you are to complain about COD at least dont say they dont innovate. At least not with Treyarch, these guys try.

On a side note, i love how many haters say the series never changed from COD 4, but consider COD 4 as the best.

tl;dr Call of Duty games are not a "disgrace for gaming" nor bad games. Maybe not the most polished games but they are fun.

I like the CoD I most and play the multiplayer each day. Never have played any other CoD series game and not tend to either. I also enjoy the SP storyline, I remember I played it right before a history test on WW II and I passed because I learned about it from the game

Yeah, COD is fun. I mainly stick to RPGs and Strategy, but I like a bit of mindless shooting every now and then.

But, Black Ops campaign is basically 'Muricah, fuck yeah. MW3, the rest of Nato
actually helped.

Though the Campaign has its fair share of plot holes. Like Russia invading all
of Europe simultaneously, straight after a failed invasion of the States.

I feel like they are really trying on the multiplayer. It's pretty decent but there are a ton of young kids on it who say "It's not realistic enough!" No shit. 1. The maps are way too small for the snipers.
2. Quickscoping is childish and annoying as fuck
3. I know BB guns with a greater range than the shotguns in COD
4. Submachine guns in COD pretty much have the range of assault rifles.
5. People throw C4 like its fucking Grenade.
6. COD is one of the most unrealistic FPS games on the market.

1) use the right weapon class to the right map.
2) quickscopers are easy if you know they are around.
3) shotgun is better for indoor battle, if not, use semi auto rifles.
4) SMG classes have good range but is mostly used for runner classes to get to objectives and defend
5) Using C4 as grenade is wasteful, best to use to make traps
6) because games are meant to be realistic.

no, cod after cod 4 is all about the kill streak. After one person gets on a kill streak they basically just rape the entire enemy team. In cod 4 the kill streak were not that effective, but after that you get these ac-130 , helicopter gunship and so on. And on top of that the kill streak don't over write, so while you get kills on the ac-130 you build up your kills for the next ac-130, and it just become one person killing everyone with an ac-130 rather than with guns
