They're going to react badly. Plus, nudity (and yes, that's nudity) is why we have an NSFW section with no ads. Advertisers don't want to advertise on sites with nudity and porn etc. So eventually magical fairy princess won't have money to maintain this site, and it will shut down. NSFW in SFW is literally killing this site.

Well it's a common enough fetish to be considered sexual, whereas I have never met a girl that openly admits liking seeing a guy's nipples.

Boobs are a fetish, and nipples are the centerpiece. It makes sense if you think about it. Nobody ever considers cleavage nudity but if a nipples lips out it's instantly nudity. The rule of thumb is: if it's NSFW for a real human, then it's NSFW for a cartoon.
