If safari belongs with IE that means Chrome does too considering Chrome runs on the exact same engine as Safari. Which BTW was coded by Apple.

where the hell did you hear google chrome was developed by Apple?... It was developed by GOOGLE, the name of the browser might give it away.. You think Apple would develop a supperior web browser and not patent to hell, let alone, allow Google to name it after themselves? And not use it as a defauly web browser on their computers..?

Of course Chrome was developed by Chrome and Safari by Apple. However, they both run on the same engine, which is called WebKit.

Actually, chrome was coded using google's own libraries (which I'm guessing they made in assembly language, since they're pretty damn efficient).
