Don't be a bitch. You asked for a cake with a picture, and handed them a usb. Expect the usb to be the picture. they haven't got time to open up your usb and print. that wastes their resources unnecessarily.

Bitch please. They would have just as much "time" as they had my money. You can't except payment for something and then be 1/2 assed claiming "It was too much work". If it was, then either don't except their money/project in the first place or charge a price worthy of the work required. Otherwise they are wasting the customers time and money.
