I bought an Alienware, spent three months double checking on all prices of every component in it and prices for assembling as I don't know how, and it all rounded out to the same.

Nope, was looking through several sites that you just piece together your own computer, and direct from manufacturer sites. As long as you stay away from the ridiculous $1500+ models, they aren't as bad as everyone thinks.

where i live, my friend and i ordered pc's at the same time, my friend wanted to build his himself, and i ordered alienware. my pc might have cost abit more then his but atleast i didn't end up paying 250$ more because some of the parts broke in the mail and they refused to refund him.
