Sculpture I'm working on (Read the desc)

Dearest FunnyJunk Friends,

I have posted a lot of my clay sculptures on here before, and gained a lot of great feedback! So, here's a Work in Progress of my most recent project. It stands at 2 and half meters tall and weighs in at currently around 600kilos. Yes, that is myself working on it in the picture on the right. I've only spent 3 weeks on it so far at only a couple of hours a day and, as it's a school project, I only have 4 weeks left. Challenge accepted.
I present to you, 'Lucifer'.

Jack Lane

All kidding aside, this is super impressive.

Hmmmm... Maybe you could put some twisted atrophied people underneath? I cannot find any legitimate way to make this look any better, keep up the good work, OP.

How is the sculpture preserved once finished? Does it stay as simple clay or do you put it through a massive kiln or something?
User avatar #83 to #52 - MrJakkadakka (02/04/2013) [-]
It's going to remain as clay and if it's not bought, it'll be destroyed. If it's bought, it'll be plaster cast or bronze cast.

I'd apologise, but that comment inflated my ego to the point where I'm not sorry anymore.

Not funny. Thumbed down.

This is funnyjunk, not deviant art.

Thanks for your opinion. And the view. Everything counts.
