Pro Tip (read description)

pore strips are pricey when compared to the cost of a bottle of glue, and the glue is actually more effective, so yeah, "you could just... You know, use pore strips" but it wouldn't make much sense to do so.

I'd rather pay 8 bucks for a couple month's supply than rub glue on my face.

the glue's completely safe and non-toxic and it's not like you'd do either in public so how does it make sense to pay extra for something just because some beauty company tells you that you should instead of saving money AND using something that's way more effective?

but hey, what do i know. i tend to not waste money just because a marketing campaign or t.v. commercial tells me that i should.

and you'd trust a cosmetics/beauty company's product with your health more than a brand of glue that's been used by kids for decades and has been proven safe enough to even eat (not that i'd recommend it or think it would be very tasty). good luck with that.

The pore strips are made for being applied to the skin.
Glue is not.

the glue is specifically designed to be safe to get on the skin. that's why it's marketed as kids's glue or school glue, after all, kids aren't exactly neat, tidy and coordinated when they're young. i was a special education teacher for a few years, and they make us take classes on the things kids were exposed to in the classroom and what is safe and what isn't.

so if you feel the need to use pore strips, knock yourself out, OP's pro-tip post was just pointing out that there's a cheaper, more effective and safe alternative.
