Throw cloth off patient
Race to pick up hammer
Break ribs and throw hammer at patients face
Grab heart and vigorously shake to remove ribs
Use knife to cut heart loose (Then drop it in for good measure)
Slap heart out of chest (Across the room if you can manage it)
Throw "Good Heart" into the chest upsidedown and backwards

Aha! moment
Figure out and go to town with hammer
obliterate ribcage and lungs
Remove bone fragments and lungs by ways of stirring violently with hammer
Reach for scalpel
Scalpels, knives and saw entire orbit at mach 6
Stab heart repeatedly until separation
Slap new heart in.
390 ml of blood left
