Erm, only Church of England, and it's only banned in their churches, else it's legal- it's legal by the government. John Barrowman married a guy in Scotland.

Actually its not legal in Scotland.
The Scottish Government doesn't have that kind of power within the UK, gay Marriage is still illegal here because Westminster doesn't give a shit about Scottish views.
Scottish people, although stereotypically prejudice, were more in favour of gay Marriage, Religious equality (Excluding Burkas/ Veils, since that goes against removing you're hood when entering a bank etc) than anywhere else in the UK.
