yeah i guess i should be proud, but i mean its so third world and with all the "smart" people they could attempt to help their own country out but instead they turn around and turn their movie actors into saints and shun the poor and sick, much like the us, but i mean they just shower them in money, and litter everywere, don't understand basic environmetal issues, only focus on making money not improving the country, the police are more corrupt than almost any where else, most police man are the rapists, they can be payed off instantly, they always "enounter" ( kill them off secretly) instead of paperwork. the water is dirty as fuck, the power goes off on an hourly basis, no like there is a schedule for it every hour the power goes off for an hour so the other half of the city can be powered, i mean why not think of a way to make more power instead of conserving whatevers left, and to top it all of they wipe with their fucking hand, THEIR HANDS AND THEN DON"T EVEN WASH WITH SOAP JUST WATER! WATER! excuse the rant, also i think its more or less on the fact that india tends for fuck over pakistan such as with the region of kashmir as you mentioned.
well im indian too and that's not always true you must have gone to a bad part of India. They are much better off then some of the other countries excluding North America/ Europe/Australia. you are just kind of used to living in good conditions in the US so when you see others you think its so bad...
doubt what? that ive lived on the streets before? believe me if you want doesn't change the fact that it happened, inb4 pics or it didn't happen, and yeah i guess you are right but you still have a higher chance of getting sick in india, granted hygiene has gone up the past few years, while the medicinal field is more than qualified they always try homeremidies over actual medicine, and the water is pretty contaminated, cleaner than most, but still pretty dirty water.
Sure theres the corruption issues in both countries and the fact that they're third world esque, but whenever I visit Pakistan, I have the most fun out of any of my vacations. Its relaxed, and the fact that the power goes off just increases the the amount of things you can do in your free time instead of watching television or playing video games.
i never said anything about Pakistan being bad i have never visted there, as far as the power issue goes its not about the fact of not being able to watch tv, i don't watch much at all, its more about the fact that even though they are trying to conserve power there isn't much to conserve and the sun is constantly beating down in area's so why not invest in solar panels? try to increase power output. and of course this is in india, i don't know the situation in Pakistan. just saying my slight hatred towards indians, and india, well its not really a hatred its more of an annoyance since they are so proud of something that really isn't much to be proud of they really dont have any achivements or anything
Pakistan are really very alike. The difference being that India is larger, has a larger population and has Bollywood. And the reason they're so proud, is that they gained independence from the British in 1947. I don't know about you, but that seems to be something to be happy about.
that is true, i kind of honestly hate being Indian, too many expectations you know? you can't make a single mistake, that and the other indians at my school are annoying as fuck they do not shut up thats also kind of why i hate being associated with other indians. don't get me wrong im not saying i despise the country and hope it dissapears, even though that does contradict what i said earlier it just needs to get its fucking act together.
Hey I was born and raised India, partially in Europe and now residing in the US. I do agree India has its problems, but you must also realize its a big country. That means there are shit places that you described, and then there are filthy rich places as well. As a optimist I can definitely verify that things in India are shaping up ever since the 2000ish time. I would agree with you that a good amount of US indian students are batshit crazy or weird, it all depends upon the locale. The area i live in consist of really chill Indians. So remember not to generalize! There are a billion of us. Anyways peace out.
true i guess i am just generalizing off of my experience, and really you met a chill indian? thats a first i have yet to meet one, the ones around me scream and purr thats right purr for no fucking reason, granted im a senior and they are freshman but still come on they are in highschool for fucksake
really? i guess idk the ones i know have really chill parents and let them do whatever and i think its because they are so chill that the kids turned out like spoiled little assholes, three of them already have a nicer car than me and they don't even have their license's yet. and they constantly brag about how mommy and daddy alway buy them shit and they just fucking aggravate me. and yeah i like to think i am one too, shit even my friends tell me im probably the more chill indians they have met
Yeah the moral that I learnt was that you cant base your opinion on one population group you know? Its just a small sample of a whole group. Some Spaniards I know here are arrogant, but there are so many nice ones in another town. The one german guy here is an asshole, but the ones I know in Germany were really cool etc.
