here's also a law in Denmark's constitution saying that if the water between denmark and sweden freezes, and a swede crosses over to denmark on foot, it is within your rights to beat him/her with a stick until they leave. True fact.

Partially true;
It was never in the constitution.
It was a law.
That same law was amongst many others invalidated with the introduction of our first modern penal code in 1866.
