Judging by his height I would assume that's the other twin, obviously we can't know which but what he do know is he has similar hair color and height (they have similar hair color as Daniel but are much taller) to one of the actors that played one of the twins so we can assume the person standing next to him is in fact his twin and not Daniel Radcliffe.
