See, the 'she' in the song is indeed wearing apple-bottom jeans, and boots with fur. However, after describing her leg- and foot-wear, the lyrics progress to a description of how the whole club was looking at her and emphasizes just how 'low' she got. Only then does the description of 'Them baggy sweat pants And the Reebok's with the straps (with the straps)' occur. Though this is enigmatic at first, it is followed by this line: 'She turned around and gave that big booty a smack (hey)' Now, no other characters have been introduced, so we have two options- the 'big booty' belongs to a probably male character, wearing Reeboks and sweatpants, or more likely, it is her own big booty that she is smacking! How lewd! However in the second option, we are justified in our assumption that the arrival of the Reeboks and sweatpants is the cause of her self-abuse and how low she proceeds to get. She had already 'hit the floor' and 'got low' on her own, so the purpose of this second verse is to develop a further reason for her to 'get low.' With that in mind, and reminding ourselves that it is highly unlikely that she is conducting a wardrobe change whilst 'on the floor,' the most likely situation is that a male wearing the Reeboks and sweatpants saw the dancing skills of the protagonist, went to dance with her, and was rewarded by further 'getting low.' This is the clearest I can make of it, and though it is indeed a vague verse, it is highly unlikely that Mr. Flo-Rida is describing a four-legged mutant dancer. Hope this helps!
1) T Pain sings that part and 2) She's wearing the boots with the fur and he's wearing the Reeboks with the straps.

I believe you will find that he is talking about 2 separate "Shawties" One is wearing apple bottom jeans, and boots with "da fuuuur" The other is wearing baggy sweatpants and "dem reeboks with the straps". As these ladies are both getting "low low low low low low low low" The whole club is looking at "huuur". Alternate thought is that they are in 2 different clubs. Mayhaps, "Flo-Rida" is club hopping on the evening in question?
reebok sports bra, the one with the straps (it's rather form fitting and curvaceous) i can understand the allure of it
I refuse to pronounce that "name" the way it is supposed to be pronounced.

Are people seriously too retarded to realize he's talking about two different women?
The first part refers to a woman with jeans and boots on.
The second part is about the woman with sweat pants and reeboks.
While both of these women were dancing, they're clearly not the same person.
Don't be dumbasses.
