How lewd! However in the second option, we are justified in our assumption that the arrival of the Reeboks and sweatpants is the cause of her self-abuse and how low she proceeds to get. She had already 'hit the floor' and 'got low' on her own, so the purpose of this second verse is to develop a further reason for her to 'get low.' With that in mind, and reminding ourselves that it is highly unlikely that she is conducting a wardrobe change whilst 'on the floor,' the most likely situation is that a male wearing the Reeboks and sweatpants saw the dancing skills of the protagonist, went to dance with her, and was rewarded by further 'getting low.' This is the clearest I can make of it, and though it is indeed a vague verse, it is highly unlikely that Mr. Flo-Rida is describing a four-legged mutant dancer. Hope this helps!
