While this may be exaggerated (I don't know seeing as I have never been to the US) I can confirm that this can be a normal day in Britain. Our weathermen and women have pretty much a free ride in life seeing as our weather just changes whenever the fuck it wants to. They can be all like "yes, we shall experience rain tomorrow between 2 and 5 pm with highs of 15 and lows of 5 Celsius. Or perhaps not, because this is Britain."
