I dont know about Lucid dreaming-nightmares, but sleep paralysis is some fucking terrifying shit. ESPECIALLY if you get a nightmare during it. you cant move or do shit, you have to basically spend the whole time awake, immobilized.

Imagine this,

> Wake up?
> Nope.avi
> Start hear whispers
> Fuck man
> Realise i cant move
> aw shiet
> whispering gets louder
> see shit above my bed n shit
> fuckfuckfuck
> Cant even fucking close my eyes
