china... apparently most of china dont have toilets, just literally a hole on the floor where you squat and dump, however in some restaurants and public places they have a toilet but most chinese people are used to squatting and dumping and they feel that its cleaner and more comfortable if they squat... the reason that they put up that sign is so they dont leave footprints on the toiletseat

this also works if you don't have seatwarmers in your toilet. it will turn your frozen throne into a pleasant summerseat.
