Actually, the temperature of the weather is the only thing in which Fahrenheit is superior.

Because the degree intervals are so large (0-100ish), it is much easier to relate to.

However, it sucks for science and anything else.

100 degree celcious = water boiling point

I don't know where you get your facts from, but I'm guessing maybe 4chan or yahoo answers. I myself love being in saunas, and spend a lot of time in them. Sitting in 90° is not a big deal.
And note that you're not saying that the body temperature is reaching 60° or 90°C, you say exposure to said temperature.
So if you were right, I would be dead thousands of times.

A sauna is hot, but your body is no where near getting exposed to constant 60°
The water vapor IS at 75°C ~ 100°C degrees but is not like your whole body is COMPLETELY expose to that temperature.
Its very different to have a sauna bath and to be boiled in water, if you where submerged in a pot of water at the same temperature (75°C-100°C) you will be dead in about 5 minutes, get your shit straight

Also just 10-20 minutes in the sauna will leave you quite light-headed

yeah, pretty much the same logic as with matches tips, the tip of amatch can reach 2000°C but since its such a small are the damage it can do to your body when pressing it agains your skin is minimum, same witht he vapor, it is really hot but its mass is really beble so it wont raise your body temperature too much.
