Looking at these comments, I feel that there is a bit of misunderstanding on my half and I apologize in advance. What I meant to say was that I happen to enjoy the way New England cooks and prepares it's Maine lobsters as opposed to how other parts of the United States cooks and prepares Maine lobster. True, but take notice that the bar the game was found in was in Huntington Beach, California. I have had lobster in other parts of the US, many good, but none will ever top the lobster made in New England
