1. distorted proporions
2. no face (whoever made your gif was retarded for putting one)
3. this one has more "branches" rather than the cartoony "tentacles"
4. Solid black suit and tie make his "face" the focal point rather than the red tie drawing your eyes away from the featureless face.

your gif is what the internet has done to slenderman, he is no longer scary because of the kind of people who make slenderman look the way he is portrayed in that gif.

sorry for singling you out but I just have to rant about this whenever I can. Because I quite enjoyed slenderman.
