true democracy is about the freedom of the people and proper decisions are made on the vote of the majority

the system almost never actually follows that political process, and only occasionaly makes a show of it after they have made efforts to shepard towards what end they want
like the current situation....americans on their own would never majority vote to ban guns, so the us government is creating fake shootings to scare the people enough to make them more pliant towards voting gun control
