While I don't share my views with other anon, it DOES say it was the US embassy that a.) set up the fake bomb, for a drill, and b.) forgot about aforementioned bomb and called a bomb squad.
Honestly, I think the problem here is, the people who get comfy embassy jobs aren't the qualified ones, but, instead, the ones who know somebody high up.
