this equation is considered in case an observer was traveling at a certain velocity and therefore is flawed...it doesnt account for the velocity of the boobs

The equation is for relativistic speeds, i.e. speed relative to another frame of reference. This equation could be right for either case where observer is moving towards/away from boobs, or boobs are moving away/towards observer. The problem I see is bringing in complex numbers to a wholly real equation.

exactly..but neither the observer nor the boobs are moving so it cant be considered
