I worked at a McDonald's for a year, we had bags of dill pickles that we kept outside the fridges with the bags of ketchup and mustard. We just prefilled plastic inserts and put a burger wrapper over them so they were ready on the fly. Also if I was in a bad mood extra pickles went from two to a ******* hand full

I work there currently and I do the same thing. Extra onions? Enjoy your extra crunchy ass burger.
