I work at McDicks, we make all sandwiches to order and the meat and chicken only stay in the Universal holding cabinet or heating rack for 5-20 minutes and if you actually want the meat or chicken made fresh just ask, they'll think you're a douche bag but you'll get fresh meat/chicken.

I just kept that shit in there until a manager would tell me to throw it out. I think it's supposed to be every 2 hours? when we were slow i'd easily get upto 4 on a try of reg.
