Its a purrrito!

The cat looks like it's in the sleeve of a jumper, not wrapped up in cloth or stuffed into a sock. My kitten did this once and climbed up the sleeve of my coat. He looked very funny, and he'd got himself into that situation, I didn't put him there. This cat looks like it's done the same thing, and the owner has just snapped a picture of it taking opportunity of a funny situation.
