Has pacing problems plus Hisao is a giant beta douche ( he only gets poon because he's good looking and there are few feasible options) Also the choices you make are cryptic. you cant choose directly which girl you want to take advantage of court

There's only one way to interpret your criticism, but that aside, lighten up. I'd say it is "slowly paced." That's not pacing problems, it's just a style.
You strike me as more a F/SN kind of person, so go play that :D Katawa Shoujo has a far less.... universal appeal. That doesn't make it bad, it just means everyone won't like it.
